Product Return Policy
At Team Paradise, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Products must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process:
Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days to initiate a return (admin@teamparadise.org).
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping.
Ship the item back at your expense unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
We will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
