GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR SAILING EXPERIENCE!

What to Wear/Bring:

• Sun protective top and shorts/pants made of material that dries quickly. (Think synthetic, not cotton.)

• Windbreaker if cooler temps w/rain.

• Closed toed water shoes or shoes that can get wet (non-marking soles).

• Cap and sunglasses. (Big, floppy hats are not recommended.)

• Reef-safe sunscreen. (Sun protection without chemicals like oxybenzone or octinoxate.)

• Refillable water bottle.

• Anti-nausea medication if you are prone to seasickness.

• Towel if you wish to shower after sailing. We have shower facilities here at the US Sailing Center for your convenience.

• Please leave expensive jewelry and rings onshore as they may interfere with your sailing experience. We have secure storage for your items in our office.
