CANCELATION POLICY

Team Paradise may cancel any event for any safety reason. The weather in your neighborhood could be quite different than the weather on Biscayne Bay, so don’t assume that class has been canceled unless we have notified you.  If inclement weather forces the cancellation of your sail, we will give you a voucher for a future sailing date.  We provide boats and equipment, instructors, and a place to sail, but it is your responsibility to reschedule.

We require our patrons to give us at least 48 hours' notice when canceling a scheduled appointment. If not, the patron will lose the appointment without the ability to reschedule unless the cancellation is due to medical reasons or is entirely out of anyone’s control.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are typically not offered. Instead, a voucher is issued for sailing on another date. If a refund is approved, a payment processing and administrative fee will be applied.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please be courteous to other guests/students.  Arrive at the sailing center with adequate time before your scheduled departure to use restrooms and prepare for the day.
