Come Prepared for Sailing
Come prepared and dressed according to the weather prior to arrival.
Life jacket (USCG approved) that fits well and is appropriate for the sailor’s weight.
Aqua Socks or Teva-type sandals are okay. Flip-flop sandals are not okay. Shoes are to be worn at all times!
Sun protective clothing of quick-dry fabric.
Hat, sunglasses with lanyard, and sunscreen.
Snack and refillable water bottle.
Towel and change of clothes. You will get wet!
Sessions take place at Team Paradise Sailing, located at the US Sailing Center in Coconut Grove. We provide indoor and outdoor classroom space, and all necessary boats and equipment. For more information, send us an email at info@teamparadise.org.
