Terms & Conditions: Sunday Sailing for Adults

Sail Duration & Capacity Requirements

Duration & Ratios:

Each session runs approximately 3 hours and accommodates a minimum of two (3) and a maximum of four (4) guests per boat.

Solo Registrations: If only one guest registers, Team Paradise will attempt to pair you with additional participants. If minimum capacity cannot be met, the sail may be canceled and rescheduled for a future date.

Booking & Expiration

Scheduling Window: Please schedule your sail within 3 months of your reservation date.

Expiration Policy: Sunday Adult Sailing passes expire 3 months from the original purchase date.

Participant Cancellations & Refunds

48-Hour Notice Required: Cancel or reschedule online no less than 48 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice result in forfeiture of the session without option to reschedule, except in documented cases of medical emergencies or force majeure.

Refund Policy: Refunds are generally not offered. Instead of a refund, we will issue a voucher for a future sailing date.

Rescheduling Responsibility: While Team Paradise provides the boats, equipment, instructors, and location, guests are responsible for rescheduling their session.

Weather & Arrival Guidelines

Weather Cancellations: Team Paradise reserves the right to cancel any session for safety reasons. Inland weather often differs from conditions on Biscayne Bay; always assume your sail is proceeding unless you receive direct notification from us.

Weather Vouchers: If inclement weather forces a cancellation, you will receive a voucher valid for a future sailing date.

Punctuality: Please arrive at the US Sailing Center with ample time before your scheduled departure to use the restrooms and check in so your sail can depart on time.

Action Items & Required Forms

Standard Digital Waiver: Please complete our General Participation Waiver prior to arrival.

Veterans & First Responders Waiver: Veterans and first responders should complete our dedicated Special Participation Waiver.
