We are thrilled to share some major news for Team Paradise! We have officially signed a preferred partnership agreement with BoomPop, one of the fastest-growing event management platforms in the industry. This two-phase partnership marks a major milestone in our journey, opening exciting new avenues for our team to deliver exceptional experiences to corporate clients worldwide.

Who is BoomPop?

If you haven't crossed paths with them yet, BoomPop is an all-in-one corporate event management platform designed to plan, organize, and execute everything from high-impact team offsites and retreats to company town halls and large-scale conferences. Operating as a unique hybrid of cutting-edge Event OS software and a full-service event agency, BoomPop streamlines the entire event lifecycle.

Powered by a dedicated team of around 100 employees, BoomPop generated approximately $80 million in gross booking volume last year and is on track to scale 2x to 3x this year. Partnering with a power player on this growth trajectory allows us to reach a significantly broader audience.

Understanding the Partnership: A Two-Phase Rollout

Our integration with BoomPop is rolling out in two strategic phases to maximize our reach across both managed and self-serve corporate events:

  • As of our effective date, Team Paradise has been officially added to BoomPop's internal preferred vendor list. This means our services are directly available to "The Studio"—BoomPop’s in-house team of expert event planners. When BoomPop's planners design full-service corporate events, offsites, and conferences for their top-tier enterprise clients, Team Paradise will be front and center as a trusted, preferred provider.

  • Following our Studio integration, Team Paradise will join the public BoomPop platform marketplace. We will be featured as a discoverable, preferred partner directly on BoomPop’s Event OS. This puts our offerings in front of self-serve customers—such as People Ops leads, HR directors, and executive assistants—who use BoomPop to browse vendors and build custom events.
