Team Paradise Sailing is an accredited community sailing program offering a niche, boutique experience for youth and adults. We make sailing accessible to underserved communities, including individuals with diverse abilities and veterans and first responders, through personalized instruction and mission-driven programming. By integrating STEM education, adaptive sailing, and inclusive outreach, we create transformative experiences on Biscayne Bay for individuals who are often excluded from traditional sailing opportunities.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Team Paradise provides full scholarships to 50% of our participants, funded through revenue from our accredited Sailing School, public Sailing Excursions, Corporate Regatta Events, and general fundraising efforts.

Team Paradise Sailing is a unique, mission-driven program that prioritizes quality over quantity. We're not in competition with high-capacity summer camps or crowded boat rides. Our purpose is deeper: to create transformative experiences on the water for youth, out frontline community, and individuals with diverse abilities.
We deliver fun, safe, and meaningful learning through personalized sailing instructions and inclusive STEM-based programming. Whether a participant is healing from trauma, discovering sailing for the first time, or overcoming a physical or cognitive challenge, we meet them with compassion and care.
Emotional intelligence is at the core of everything we do. Each team member is expected to lead with empathy, listen actively, and create a space where every individual feels respected and empowered.
As we grow, we stay true to our mission: to offer a boutique sailing experience with therapeutic value and lasting impact that will be felt long after we are no longer at the helm. Together, we’re building something that goes beyond sport—we’re changing lives through the power of sailing.
