Welcome to our Adult Sailing School on Biscayne Bay! We love what we do, and if you learn to sail with us, chances are that you will love it too. Everyone is welcome. You don’t have to be a novice to participate. Many of us sailed years ago, but then life happened. This is your opportunity to refresh your skills and get back on track! Let’s go sailing!

SALT CUP

SALT CUP is the perfect introduction, or refresher, to sailboat racing. This corporate-style regatta has a proven track record of success. The race course is simplified, and certain boat maneuvers are eliminated, which makes every move more predictable.

Preparing for the SALT CUP

Preparing for and competing in the SALT CUP is a breeze! Become US Sailing Basic Keelboat Certified, or buy a package of four Adult Sailing on Sundays.

Basic Keelboat Certification

Become US Sailing Basic Keelboat Certified! It’s a learn-to-sail course. No prior sailing experience is required. Learn the fundamental principles of safe, confident day sailing aboard our 23’ Sonar keelboat. Our classroom is aboard the boat, sailing on Biscayne Bay. Enjoy a beautiful day on the water and see your confidence grow from day one to that of a competent sailor by the end of the six-day (18-hour) course. Class size: 2-3 students, plus an instructor, per boat.

Adult Sailing on Sundays

Adult Sailing on Sundays is intended for our Basic Keelboat graduates and those who have never sailed but want to try their hands on the tiller and sheets. This is a great opportunity to gain access to sailing on beautiful Biscayne Bay aboard one of our 23' Sonar class boats. Practice your sailing skills and refine your technique, or sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey; no prior knowledge is required. Class size: 3-4 students, plus an instructor, per boat.
